Summary of Recent Buys - Week of June 20, 2016

My weekly summary of buys from around the blogging community.

I currently follow 75 blogs to get this data!!!

If you have made purchases this week and do not see them on this list, please let me know and I will add you to my list of sites I monitor for buy posts.

Summary:

This week with the news of the "Brexit", stocks are headed down. It was long overdue and really the market was just looking for any excuse. Investors clearly saw this as an opportunity to seize some assets as stocks pulled back and more value was given. Interestingly enough, I saw that Roadmap2Retire actually sold 1/3 of his assets (link) and is sitting on a lump of cash. This is notable as I have not seen any other similar posts. If you have a chance, take a look at the post and the comments. Great discussion over there!

Interestingly enough, I did not find any TGT buys this past week although it still remains at the top of the trending list. Some more new names popped up like NKE and ABT and WFC are climbing fast.

  4. That's a lot of red up there. Not used to seeing so many sells in any particular week even though most are from the same blogger. Still, selling is not a common occurrence among our fellow DGI bloggers. Thanks for sharing.

    1. I agree and in fact, most weeks I don't find any sells! It is very easy to sit back and just buy buy buy though... so its good to disrupt the norm and make us all reevaluate from time to time. Thanks for the comment!

    1. I agree Captain. It seems quite undervalued and the last month has gotten killed. It is on my short list for my next buys, but a lot of things are coming back into buy territory for me, which isn't a bad thing! Thanks for your comment!
